Roxanne Scott is a reporter at public radio station WABE News in Atlanta. Before that, she was a reporter at WFPL News in Louisville, Kentucky, where she covered a variety of topics including the history of shanty boats on the Ohio River; soccer among the city’s newcomers; and racial disparities in gifted and talented enrollment. In 2018, she was awarded a travel grant from the Pulitzer Center to report on food and health in Nigeria. She also worked as a producer on the first season of Malcolm Gladwell’s Revisionist History. Roxanne has lived in many places but calls Queens, N.Y., home.
